Dana Romanoff brings a blend of emotional authenticity and dynamic, playful visuals to every project. Whether collaborating with real people or professional talent, her work ranges from irreverent humor to deeply human storytelling—always grounded in a genuine respect for connection and with a cinematic eye.

Rooted in documentary and photojournalism, her career began as a photojournalist covering social issues for outlets including National Geographic MagazineThe New York Times, and The Charlotte Observer, where she was part of a team named runner-up for the Pulitzer Prize. Today, Dana creates award-winning films and campaigns for clients like Google, UPS, Marriott, Dockers, Conservation International, Best Buy, Meta, and Budweiser—whose “For the Fathers That Stepped Up” campaign moved audiences to tears. Accolades include Telly, W3, Vimeo Staff Pick and Communicator Awards and her films appear on Amazon Prime, The  Atlantic, Guardian,  Outside TV, National Geographic Channel, PBS, Smithsonian Channel and Upworthy.

A fluent Spanish speaker and passionate advocate for women and girls, Dana believes in the power of film and photography to break barriers, foster understanding, and build bridges—across oceans, amongst brands, or between backyards.
