Born and raised in Mexico, twin sisters Karla and Maria Jose Noriega Pedroza, otherwise known as The Lucky Twins have been making a name for themselves out of Miami as the newest Directing team to watch for their dreamy aesthetic, and cutting edge conscious perspective. Their work as LGBTQIIA+ film directors is so steadfast in their dedication to creating content that makes a connection, starts conversations, puts people above profit, bridges communities, supports fair trade, preserves cultural traditions, celebrates artistry, enacts change, empowers women and creates a sustainable future that it creates a global impact. As such, their work has been an official selection of the International Fashion Film Festival, N.O.L.A. Filmgate, Girls Impact The World Film Festival, Balinale Film Festival and Urban Film Festival.
